We enjoy a 75% return rate of our staff. Our goal is to offer consistency with staffing. The majority of Pool Watch lifeguards receive their initial certifications through one of our many on staff American Red Cross Instructors. The candidates meet not only the standards set by American Red Cross but the standards set by Pool Watch Inc. This "in-house" approach to safety training provides Pool Watch with ample lifeguards to meet your staffing needs.

Once our guards are placed at their pools, the training process continues. The guards work as a team, practicing their roles in an emergency and participate in weekly safety drills.
