Pool Watch full-time support staff has a combined 40 years of experience in the pool business. We are Certified Pool Operators and certified in Lifeguarding/CPR/First Aid. Our administrative staff works with a hands-on philosophy.

During the active pool season we are out "in the trenches", working in the filter rooms, training staff, being lifeguard on-duty if needed, addressing pool needs/repairs, and always being available to property managers and board members.
